Valentines Day 2012

Tuesday Feb 14th

we are serving a 4 course prix fixed menu in which the guest chooses the item in each category.  cost is $40 per person prior to 6:15pm and $50 per person afterwards.  all reservations are guaranteed with a credit card and cancellation is 24 hrs prior. 

 

Salad

locally grown hydroponic field mix with the choice of  hoisin+truffle vinaigrette or champagne+strawberry vinaigrette

 

Appetizer

 indochine inspired grilled angus beef satay & asian pesto

wok sauteed five-spice shrimp, asparagus, red pepper, sacallion on a sweet potato basket

diced roasted duck breast asian salsa, spiced miso aioli and crispy wonton chips

asiatique style slow cooked bbq ribs

sashimi of ahi tuna, warm ponzu oil, hijiki and balsamic vinegar drizzle

goat cheese & crab meat spring rolls with spicy miso aioli

panko crusted calamari, sweet chili+basil jam and spicy miso aioli

fennel dusted scallp, hijiki salad, capers & yin-yang wasabi and warm ponzu oil

 

Entree

wok seared salmon, roasted shallot, tomato concasse and sichuan hot oil

pan seared chilean sea bass with sauteed bok choy, white asparagus and potato gnocchi with  tomato+sambal broth

seared U-10 diver's scallop and vietnamese tiger prawns with wilted spinach and leeks and a red pepper+plum wine reduction and shitake mushroom risoto

triple crusted ahi tuna, tataki style, ginger crisp, sauteed vegetables and yin-yang wasabi drizzle

bourbon glazed mahi-mahi with singapore style rice noodles, chopped peanuts and sweet+sour pepper sauce

shitake mushroom+shallot beef wellington with wok sauteed snow pea, carrot puree, & ginger demi glaze

grilled teriyaki creekstone farms angus rib-eye with roquefort+wasabi butter, grilled asparagus, roasted shallots, ginger brown sauce and shitake mushroom risoto

roasted maggi soy glazed duck breast, braised bok-choy+shitake mushroom, singapore style rice noodles, with spicy mustard sauce

wild rice and chorizo stuffed teriyaki quail, rosemary+soy vegetables, with honey & four roses bourbon sauce

grilled 14 oz 5-spice pork chop, smashed peruvian potato, asparagus and honey+garlic sauce
